Five Rings Strength & Conditioning is offering our third in house meet as a no-frills competition to give athletes an opportunity to hit the platform as a side-story to their training cycles. Medals will be based on sinclair and awarded only to top male and female competitors.
This meet will be held 6/17/23 with weigh-ins for the first session at 6am.
